ANTHONY "TONY" HARRIS CHURCHVILLE, VA Anthony "Tony" David Harris, 50, of 3084 Hankey Mountain Highway, Churchville, passed away Monday April 20, 2015 at his residence. Tony was born on February 9, 1965 in Staunton, VA, a son of Annie Sheets Harris and the late Bobby Ivan Harris. Tony was employed as a Truck Driver and was a member of the Local 29 Teamsters. He enjoyed drag racing at Eastside Speedway. Tony was loved by his family and friends and will be deeply missed. Survivors include his mother, Annie Harris of Staunton; a son, Charlie Price and wife Amy of Staunton, one brother, Bobby Ivan Harris- Simmons and wife, Traci of Staunton; three sisters, Kay Leplatt and husband, Herb of Staunton, Donna Hevener and husband Scott, of Fishersville, Angie Bourbeau and husband, Wayne of Staunton, two grandchildren, Isabella and Holly Price, numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, and two special dogs, Teddy and Yogi. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday April 23, 2015 in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel by the Revs. Bill Cole and Joey Locklear. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens. Active Pallbearers will be Morgan Smith, Jerry Jenkins, Stevie McCray, Rocky Cash, Jimmy Blackwell, Tom Sheets, David Harris, and Curtis Lowe. Honorary Pallbearers will be family and friends attending the service. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday April 22, 2015 in Henry Funeral Home.
