BARBARA J. BARRETT STAUNTON, VA Barbara Jean (Hulvey) Barrett, 77, of Staunton, died Friday, June 19, 2015 in Staunton. She was born August 20, 1937, in Augusta County, a daughter of the late Eyster and Helen Mae (Rife) Hulvey. Barbara was a hostess at McDonald's. Family members include a son, Larry Barrett and wife, Mary Ellen; a daughter, Sandra Allen; a brother, Pastor Leroy Hulvey and wife, Iris; grandchildren, Ashley Hunt, Betsy Wilcox, and Jessica Downs; great grandchildren, Barrett, Oakley, Cooper, and Sadie; and special caretaker, Teresa Mutherspaw. A graveside service will be conducted at 12 noon on Monday, June 22, 2015 in Thornrose Cemetery by Pastors Larry Barrett and Leroy Hulvey. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
