BARBARA A. REDMAN FISHERSVILLE, VA Barbara Ann "Cricket" Redman, 52, of 342 Old Goose Creek Road, died Wednesday, June 25, 2014, at UVA. She was born December 11, 1961, a daughter of Homer T. Moats and Charlotte Moats Grande. Barbara was employed by the Beverley Restaurant as a cook. She was a member of Life Flow Church. In addition to her parents, family members include two sons, James L. Miller and Jeremy J. Redman; a daughter Porsha R. Redman, all of Fishersville; three brothers, Delmar Moats Jr., Homer Moats, and Jimmy Strother, all of Staunton; a sister, Frances Christine Moore of Maryland; Tina D. Organ of Staunton; and seven grandchildren. A funeral service will be conducted at 12 Noon Thursday, July 3, 2014, in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Bill Myrtle. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service and other times at the residence.
