Carl Alfred Bosserman

CARL A. BOSSERMAN STAUNTON, VA Carl Alfred Bosserman, 79, husband of Joyce (Vest) Bosserman, of 1627 Packard Street, died Monday, December 23, 2013, at his residence. He was born March 24, 1934, in Middlebrook, a son of the late Steve and Elizabeth Bosserman. Mr. Bosserman was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Prior to retirement, he was employed by Smith's Transfer. In addition to his wife, family members include a son, Casey Bosserman of Staunton; a step-daughter, Debbie Ashworth of Florida; two brothers, Pete Bosserman of Waynesboro and Forrest Bosserman of Stoney Creek; and a granddaughter, Blair Bosserman of Austin, TX. He was preceded in death by seven brothers and a sister. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 27, 2013, in Oak Lawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens by the Rev. James Crewe.
