CHARLES M. KELLEY STAUNTON, VA Charles "Buck" Manuel Kelley, 81, husband of Hattie (Morman) Kelley of 120 Parkersburg Turnpike, died Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at Augusta Health, Fishersville. He was born November 9, 1932, in Waynesboro, a son of the late Charlie L. and Maryann (Williams) Kelley. He was educated at Rosenwald in Waynesboro. Mr. Kelley was a self-employed truck driver who founded C&D Trucking with his son. He moved to New York and returned to Staunton in 1986. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a limo driver. He was also a member of Tour De Gap. He was preceded in death by his first wife whom he married in 1946, Cleopatra Kier Kelley; two sons, Charles Kelley, Jr. and Shawn Kelley; a daughter, Nancy C. Kelley; a brother, William Kelley; and a grandson, Donald L. Kelley, Jr. In addition to his wife whom he married in 2005, family members include three sons, George Kier, Donald Kelley, and James Kelley and wife, Venita; four step-sons, Roger Crawford, Wayne Crawford, Ezell Crawford, Jr., and Rodney Crawford; three daughters, Patricia Kelley, Sarah Kelley, and Sheila and husband, William; two step-daughters, Linda Blakeley and Deborah Crawford; a brother, Paul Kelley and wife, Phyllis; twenty grandchildren; twenty plus great grandchildren; a special daughter-in-law, Connie Kelley; and a number of nieces and nephews, cousins, and relatives. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 in the Henry Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
