Charlotte Lorraine Miller

CHARLOTTE R. MILLER STAUNTON, VA Charlotte Lorraine (Rowe) Miller, 90, widow of William Harvey Miller, of Verona died Thursday, July 23, 2015, at Brightview at Baldwin Park. She was born May 30, 1925, in Augusta County, a daughter of the late Lambert A. and Lillian (Crickenberger) Rowe. Prior to retirement, Mrs. Miller was employed by Rowe's Restaurant with 23 years of service. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Earl A. Rowe. Family members include a brother, Leonard L. Rowe of Madison Heights and a sister, Dorothy R. Back of Staunton. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, July 27, 2014 in Oak Lawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens by the Rev. Sarah Locke. The family will receive friends following the service. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
