Donna Kay (Crone) Smith

Donna Kay (Crone) Smith, 63, of Staunton, died Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Augusta Health. She was born April 16, 1952 in Staunton, a daughter of Pauline (Varner) Crone and the late Richard H. Crone. Donna was employed by Western State, Augusta Correctional Center, and WalMart in Staunton. Family members include a son, Donald Smith; four grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Mark, and Montana Smith; and a sister, Linda Nash and husband, Lee. She was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Jennifer Smith. A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Thursday, January 7, 2016 in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be private in Oaklawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens.
