DOROTHY W. CIPRIANO STUARTS DRAFT, VA Dorothy "Dottie" Elizabeth (Wright) Cipriano, 87, widow of Anthony "Tony" Cipriano, of Stuarts Draft Christian Home, died Friday, December 14, 2012 at Shenandoah Hospice House, Fishersville. She was born March 6, 1925, in Augusta County a daughter of the late Frank Alexander and Carrie Mae (Rosen) Wright. Prior to retirement, Mrs. Cipriano was a school crossing guard from 1959 - 1966 and also did volunteer work. She was a member of Bethany Presbyterian Church, where she served as elder. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by three brothers, Harry A. Wright, Francis E. Wright, and Ralph R. Wright. Family members include a son and daughter-in-law, Philip A. and Donna D. Cipriano of Stuarts Draft; and a number of nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 18, 2012, in Thornrose Cemetery by the Revs. Lester LaPrade and Tex Brannan. There will be no public viewing or visitation.
