DOUGLAS W. FITZGERALD, JR. HARRISONBURG, VA Douglas Wayne Fitzgerald, Jr., 51, of Harrisonburg, died Thursday, May 22, 2014, at his residence. He was born July 22, 1962, in Staunton, a son of the late Raleigh W. and Virginia Earl (Slusher) Fitzgerald. Family members include a son, Dewayne Sfier-Nelson of Lyndhurst; a daughter, Misty Fitzgerald of Staunton; and three brothers and sisters-in-law, Leon and Sherry Fitzgerald of Raphine, Michael and Teri Fitzgerald of Stuarts Draft, and Dennis and Teri Fitzgerald of Spottswood. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
