Douglas Allen Hull

DOUGLAS A. HULL HIGHTOWN, VA Douglas Allen Hull, 59, husband of Vicki (Kerr) Hull, of Hightown, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2014, in the University of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville. He was born March 17, 1955, in Staunton, Virginia, a son of Dorotha (Hiner) Hull, and the late Richard Hull. Mr. Hull was a registered architect and received his degree from Virginia Tech. Douglas loved the mountains and being on the farm, especially when his nieces and nephews were there. He was an avid reader of history and loved collecting CD's. In addition to his mother and wife of nearly 31 years, family members include two brothers and sisters-in-law, R. David and Joyce Hull of Fishersville and Randall D. and Melissa Hull of South Carolina; and a number of nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 17, 2014, in Thornrose Cemetery by Pastor Kathryn A. Hull. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the Henry Funeral Home.
