Daniel M. Snyder

STAUNTON – Daniel Montgomery Snyder, 69, died Friday, September 10, 2021 at his residence.

Mr. Snyder was born on August 2, 1952 in Staunton to the late William B. and Geraldine (Hite) Snyder.

He worked for VDOT for over 40 years in various positions. He enjoyed riding motorcycles.

Surviving family members include a daughter, Cheri A. Presley (Kenneth) of Maryland, two sisters, Sue Rankin (Denny) and Wanda Walter of Staunton; and two grandchildren, Trenton Condon and Troy Condon.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Cheryl Roop.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, September 25, 2021 in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service.
