Eleanor Lee Albers

ELEANOR L. ALBERS MANASSAS, VA…             Eleanor Lee (Utterback) Albers, 82, widow of Robert Wayne Albers passed away Saturday, March 5, 2016, at Novant Caton Merchant House.             She was born May 7, 1933 in Oblong, Illinois, a daughter of the late Maynard and Zelda (Schneider) Utterback.             In addition to her husband of 62 years and her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Mona Nadine Wood; and a brother, David Utterback.             Family members include a son, Robert W. “Bob” Albers II of Reston, VA; a daughter, Andrea Albers Mays of Manassas, VA; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.             A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.             Henry Funeral Home, Staunton, VA is handling the arrangements.             Memorials may be made to www.capitalcaring.org/donate/ Condolences may be sent to the family at www.henryfuneralhome.net .
