Elizabeth C. Terry STAUNTON, VA…    Elizabeth Crafton Terry, 105, of Staunton, Va. died Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Blue Ridge Rehab Center in Martinsville, Va.  She was born September 7, 1911 in Staunton to the late Charles Henderson Crafton and Mable Glenn Crafton.      She was a homemaker and caregiver who was greatly loved and admired by her husband, parents, siblings, niece, and nephews.  She was a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church and the Shenandoah Valley Club of the Deaf.    Libby, as she was known to family and friends, was preceded in death by her husband Charles Bernard Terry, her brothers Charles Glenn Crafton and John Marshall Crafton, and her nephew Charles Glenn Crafton, Jr.  She is survived by her nephews James Richmond Crafton (Shirley) and John Lane Crafton and niece Susan Carroll Crafton and great-nieces & nephews.    Many knew Libby as an excellent rider and enthusiast of horse shows and as a ribbon winner with her cocker spaniels at dog shows in the area.    There will be a private burial at Thornrose Cemetery followed by a memorial service on August 17 at 2:00 pm at Baldwin Park Retirement Center where she lived for many years.  Special thanks go to the administration and staff there for their many acts of kindness.    In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Emmanuel Episcopal Church at 300 West Frederick St., Staunton, Va., 24401 or the Shenandoah Club of the Deaf at PO Box 3053, Staunton, Va., 24402.    The family was assisted by Wright Funeral Services in Martinsville, Va. and Henry Funeral Services in Staunton, Va.
