Earnest L. Leslie
Earnest Lee Leslie, 76, husband of Mildred (Guffey) Leslie, of Scottsville, died Sunday, December 13, 2020, in Coatesville VA Medical Center, Coatsville, PA.
He was born March 4, 1944, in Lexington, a son of the late John Newton and Margaret Virginia (Cash) Leslie.
He was in the U.S. Navy for 12 years.
In addition to his wife, family members include a daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Tim Parker; a half-brother, John William Leslie; and two grandchildren, Tim Parker Jr. and Daniel Parker.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, John “Jay” Newton Leslie and Danny Leslie; and two sisters, Sue Matah Pillow and Patricia Ann Vest.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, December 18, 2020, in Oak Lawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens by the Rev. Clay Sterrett.
Pallbearers will be Poppy Vest and Simon Rosquero.
Friends may pay their respects at Henry Funeral Home on Thursday, December 17, 2020, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
