Verona, VA… Forest Alexander Bosserman, 90, husband of Frances “Kitty” Bosserman, of 123 Mill Stone Drive died Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at his residence. He was born on May 21, 1927 in Augusta County, the son of the late Steve and Elizabeth (Scott) Bosserman. Mr. Bosserman was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a truck driver for 46 years, and retired at the end of his career from Smith’s Transfer. He was a member of Greenville Baptist Church where he served as a deacon for twelve years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Gary Bosserman (Pauline); three daughters, Brenda Morgan (Harold), Teresa Siple (Scott), and Sharon Smiley (Devin); eleven grandchildren, Brian Bosserman, Andrea Bosserman (Chris), Dee Hernandez (Alex), Matthew Pritt (Brooke), Jessica Baska (Shawn), Brandy Combs (Richard), Lee Siple (Kristine), Matthew Siple (Jessica), Christopher Biby (Heather), Kimberly Biby (Dustin), and Alex Barnes (Jennifer); fifteen great grandchildren, Briana Bosserman, Angela Fitzgerald, Clayton Fitzgerald, Cole, Libby and Easton Hernandez, Caleb and Alice Pritt, Gabe and Maddie Baska, Aria Siple, Emma Siple, Chad, Hannah, and Parker Biby, and Adrian and Adam Barnes; and a brother, Paul Bosserman. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Betty (Harris) Bosserman, an infant son, Forest, Jr., and a daughter, Jane (Bosserman) Callison. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 2, 2017 in Oak Lawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens by the Revs. David L. Ball and Thomas Reynolds. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Friday, December 1, 2017 at the residence. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Charlottesville Albemarle SPCA, P.O.
