FRANCES W. WHEELER STAUNTON, VA Frances Pauline (Wiseman) Conner Wheeler, 85, of Staunton, died Monday, July 20, 2015, at Augusta Health. She was born August 3, 1929, in Churchville, a daughter of the late George and Mary (Fitzgerald) Wiseman. Family members include four children, Margaret Conner, James Conner, Johnnie Conner, and Robert Wiseman; and other family members. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 in Thornrose Cemetery by the Rev. Richard Owen.
