Frank M. Varner, Jr.

Staunton, VA… Frank Martin “Cracker” Varner, Jr., 66, of Staunton, died Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at Augusta Health. Mr. Varner was born on July 18, 1952 in Durbin, West Virginia to Frank Martin and the late Dolly (Gragg) Varner. He was a laborer in the poultry business. Surviving family members include a daughter, Tina Lane, Texas; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Tammie Morris of Staunton, and Sandra and Mark Turner of Evansville, Indiana and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. at the Salvation Army on Saturday, September 29, 2018 by Major Mark Turner.  The family will receive friends at the residence of his sister. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
