FRANKLIN L. RILEY STAUNTON, VA Franklin Lee Riley, 54, of 39 Briarwood, died Saturday, October 4, 2014, at Shenandoah Hospice House, Fishersville. He was born August 12, 1960, in Staunton, a son of the late Eugene Franklin and Joyce Rebecca (Rusmisel) Riley. Family members include a daughter, Tabitha Dawn Riley; and two sisters, Gail Marie Hanger of Staunton and Sandra Kaye Heatwole of Gladstone. There will be no public viewing or visitation. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
