STAUNTON, VA Glenn "Tater" Campbell Edmonds, 70, husband of Mary Lee (Berry) Edmonds, of 712 Elizabeth Miller Gardens, died Saturday, March 21, 2015 at his residence. He was born September 12, 1944, in Staunton, a son of the late Charles Engram and Hattie (Jackson) Edmonds. He formerly was employed by A. C. Dillon Construction Company and delivered newspapers. He loved the outdoors and thrift stores and wrestling. In addition to his wife of 45 years, family members include a daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Robert Campbell; a son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Missy Edmonds; four grandchildren, Heather and Kevin Campbell, Anthony "Doodle" and Megan "Peanut" Edmonds; and a number of nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, 2015, in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel by Marland Allen. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2015, in the funeral home.
