GLENN M. HOULIHAN STAUNTON, VA Glenn Michael Houlihan, 76, died on Sunday (January 1, 2012) at Augusta Health in Fishersville. He was born August 29, 1935 in Staunton, a son of Charles P. and Rita Margaret (Varner) Houlihan. Formerly a merchant in Staunton, he retired from Augusta County Service Authority. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Dennis and Connie Houlihan of Stuarts Draft; two daughters and a son-in-law, Donna and Ken Cason, Jr. of Verona and Julia Kovacs of Raphine; two sisters, Georgia Cordell and Elsie Rogers; five grandchildren, Brett M. Houlihan, Laura R. Cason, Christina A. Cason, Steven A. Cason and his wife, Polly, Walter V. Pugh and his fiancé, Jennifer Lotts; and one great grandson, Dixion Pugh. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Ray, Roy, Clifton, and Charles Houlihan and three sisters, Hazel Cobb, Grace Folks, and Hattie Thompson. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Wednesday (January 4, 2012) in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Robert Weeks. Interment will follow in Thornrose Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday (January 3, 2012) in the funeral home.
