H. W. CASH STAUNTON, VA H.W. "Hersey Wilbert" Cash, 87, husband of Betty Pannell Cash of Staunton, went to be with his Savior on Monday, January 12, 2015, at his residence, . He was born December 30, 1927 in Montebello, a son of the late Cyrus G. and Judy (Campbell) Cash. Prior to retirement, Mr. Cash was employed by Klotz Brothers with 45 years of service. He owned his own landscaping business for 30 years. He attended Mt. Paran Baptist Church in his younger years. In addition to his wife, family members include a daughter, Shirley M. Cote and her husband, Timothy Cote, Sr.; a son, Charles William Cash and his wife, Leslie Carter Cash; four grandchildren, Timothy Cote, Jr., Steven Cote, William Cash, and Nicholas Cash; a great grandchild, Landon Cote; two brothers, John Cash and his wife, Juanita and Lester Cash; two sisters, Mary Cash and Frances Cash; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, January 15, 2015, in Oak Lawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens by the Rev. Billy Coffey.
