HENRY J. GARRISON FISHERSVILLE, VA… Henry Junior Garrison, 89, widower of Virginia (Donald) Garrison, of 339 Westminister Drive, died Tuesday, June 27, 2017, in Shenandoah Nursing Home. He was born July 6, 1927, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, a son of the late George A. and Lydia (Shifflett) Garrison. Prior to retirement in 1987, Mr. Garrison was employed by DuPont with 44 years of service. In addition to his wife, he was also preceded in death by two sons, Donald W. and Garry H. Garrison. Family members include a daughter, Kimberly G. Moore of Waynesboro; a brother; two sisters; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.There will be no public viewing or visitation.Memorials may be made to the Arc of Augusta, 1025 Fairfax Ave., Waynesboro, VA 22980 or to the Special Olympics, Virginia Area 5, P.O.
