James Dinkle Harris

JAMES D. HARRIS STAUNTON, VA James Dinkle Harris, 64, of 117 East Avenue, died Monday, January 27, 2014, at his residence. He was born August 6, 1949, in Staunton, a son of the late Oscar Dinkle and Hallie (Diehl) Harris. He was employed by Western State. Family members include a son, James D. Harris, Jr.; two grandchildren, Lauren Harris and Logan Harris; and a special friend, Edith Burns. A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Friday, January 31, 2014, in Thornrose Cemetery by the Rev. Russell Heinrich. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
