James Edward Marsh

JAMES E. MARSH WAYNESBORO - James Edward Marsh, age 49, of 700 Ivanhoe Ave, Waynesboro, died on October 24, 2012 at his residence. He was born on May 22, 1963 in Charlottesville, VA, son of William Lee Sr, and Margie Mae (Wood) Marsh. James was predeceased by his 22 year old son, Jonathan Michael Marsh and a sister, Ruby Marsh. James was a member of Celebration Church of God. In addition to his parents, family members include an ex-wife, Melissa Ann (Dillow) Marsh; a son, David Wayne Marsh of Waynesboro; a daughter, Amanda Abshire of Staunton; a girlfriend, Holly Perry; three brothers, William Jr, Charles, and Russell Marsh; three sisters, Linda Marsh, Brenda Tibbs, and Mary Ellen Weinburg, all of Charlottesville; three grandchildren, Houston Lee Marsh, Brianna and Sophia Abshire; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, October 29, 2012 in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. King. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
