He was born December 1, 1954, in Staunton a son of the late James Miller, Sr., and Sophie (Miller) Brown Family members include four sons, James, III, and LeMar of Woodbridge, James and Cedric of Staunton; a daughter, Melinda of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Linda, Maryann, and Carline; and eleven grandchildren. Funeral service at 11 a.m. August 4, 2012, at Mt. Salem Baptist Church. Burial to follow at Thornrose Cemetery. No public viewing.
