James Franklin Shaw, Jr.

JAMES F. SHAW, JR. VERONA, VA James Franklin "Botchie" Shaw, Jr., 58, husband of Judy (Johnson) Shaw of Verona, died Saturday, September 6, 2014, at Augusta Health. He was born September 20, 1955, in Staunton, a son of Mary (Snyder) Meade and the late James Franklin Shaw, Sr. Mr. Shaw was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was employed as a machinist by ASR. James was a member of the Shenandoah, Virginia State, and North Carolina Beekeepers Associations. In addition to his mother and wife, family members include three sons, Brad Shaw, Aaron F. and Joanna Shaw, and Jeremy and Kimberley Shaw; two sisters, Sandra Shaw and Cathy Cason; and three grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 10, 2014, in Oak Lawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens by the Rev. Bill Watson.
