Jamie Mildred Patterson

JAMIE G. PATTERSON STAUNTON, VA Jamie Mildred (Goza) Patterson, 92, widow of Pat Patterson, of 51 Plaza Apartments, died Monday, November 25, 2013, in King's Daughters' Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born April 23, 1921, in Atlanta, Georgia, a daughter of the late Clarence W. and Maggie (Hale) Goza. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Rusty Whitehurst. Family members include a son, Kenneth Lee Whitehurst of Ft. Myers, Florida; a daughter, Peggy D. Breeden of Waynesboro; three grandchildren, Carrie and husband, Mike Burgess, Kathryn and husband, Tony McMillan, and Lee Ann Breeden; three great grandchildren, Derek Breeden, Keith Whitehurst, and Kiernon Burgess; special friends, Carolyn and Greg White, Deborah Lepler, Ben Goodman, and Bob Breeden; and other special neighbors and friends. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
