Jean Shirley Evans

JEAN SHIRLEY EVANS  FISHERSVILLE, VA… Jean Shirley Evans, 85, of Fishersville, passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Augusta Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born August 11, 1931, in Staunton, a daughter of the late Louis Evans and Leona Frances (Wilson) Evans. Shirley was a member of Beverly Manor Baptist Church. Survivors include two nephews, Curtis L. Wallace of Staunton and Russell L. Wallace and wife of Reston; four great nieces; three great nephews; and one great, great nephew. She was preceded in death by a sister, Charlotte Wallace. A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, February 6, 2017 in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor James McIntosh.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.
