JERRY L. BOTKINMT. SIDNEY, VA...Jerry Lee Botkin, 76, widower of Barbara Lou (Bell) Botkin, of 30 Overlook Ave., died Monday, November 23, 2015, in the Shenandoah Hospice House, Fishersville.He was born May 3, 1939, in Churchville, a son of Ruby Della (Price) Botkin and the late Sandy Lee Botkin.Prior to retirement, Mr. Botkin was a painting contractor.Family members include three sons and three daughters-in-law, Kenneth Wayne and Lovetta Botkin, Tony and Sandy Fauber, and Robyn and Silvana Fauber; three daughters and sons-in-law, Patsy and Dennis Claytor, LaDonna and Barry Stroble, and Wanda and Nevin Andes; a brother, Donnie Ray Botkin; two sisters, Carolyn June Cobb and Wanda Darlene Crone; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a special dog, Holly.A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, November 27, 2015, in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel.The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.Memorials may be made to the Shenandoah Hospice House, 111 North Campus Lane, Fishersville, VA 22939.
