Jerry Lee Kinder

STAUNTON, VA Jerry Lee Kinder, 72, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at his residence. He was born on July 2, 1941 in Rupert, WV, a son of the late John Henry and Annie Gray (Cromwell) Kinder. Mr. Kinder was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired from ASR in Verona after thirty years of service. He attended Christ United Methodist Church of Staunton and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Survivors include as sister, Dorothy "Dot" Farren of Staunton; a brother and sister-in-law, Jerol E. and Judith B. Kinder of Waynesboro; and many nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by two good friends, Shirley Miller and Micki Snodgrasse. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Johnny and Homer Kinder, and a sister, Sylvia Staples.
