John Edward "Boo" Wright

EDWARD J. WRIGHT WEYERS CAVE, VA Edward John "Boo" Wright, 53, husband of Mary E. Wright, of Weyers Cave, died Sunday, June 7, 2015 at his residence after a brief illness. He was born May 20, 1962, in La Plata, Maryland, a son of John Edward and Lorena (Dennison) Wright. He married Mary on June 12, 1987. He was employed by Valley Import Services in Harrisonburg. In addition to his wife and parents, family members include two daughters, Lisa Marie Griffin Wright and Amanda Lynn Griffin Wright; five grandchildren, Aidan Sakaio, Merissa Thomas, Donald Thomas, II, Jonathan Wright, and Kaleigh Wright; a brother, William "Freddie" Wright; a sister, Lorena "Lynn" Wright Sinkler; and his mother and father-in-law, Veronica and Stuart "Buddy" Eanes. He is also survived by his "fur babies". A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 12, 2015 in the Henry Funeral Home by the Rev. Harold W. "Pete" Campbell. Burial will follow in Thornrose Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the funeral home.
