Joseph Thomas Ziccardy, Jr.

JOSEPH T. ZICCARDY JR. STAUNTON, VA Joseph Thomas Ziccardy Jr., of 963 W. Beverly Street, Staunton, passed unexpectedly into the arms of his loving Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 31, 2015. Joseph was born April 20, 1955 to Joseph and Maria Ziccardy, who survives. He is also survived by his loving wife, Deborah Bowles Ziccardy whom he married March 20, 1995. Joseph also leaves behind his stepdaughter, Christina Snider; his two grandchildren, Monique and Dasaya (whom were the apples of his eye); his sister, Marieileen; his brother Paul (Sue); a special sister-in-law, Helen Moats; three brothers-in-law; his mother-in-law, Jacquelyn Bowles, and numerous nieces and nephews. Joseph was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, friend, and a very devoted son. He would drop anything at a moment's notice to help friends or family without question or hesitation. The Lord blessed Joseph with the gift of working with his hands, and it showed in his beautiful flower gardens. Joseph loved attending Victory Worship Center and hearing the Word taught by Pastor Ray Eppard. He will be greatly missed by all. A service will be held Thursday, February 5, 2015, at 11 a.m. in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel with visitation at 10:00 a.m.
