Joyce Ann Beverage Pugh

JOYCE A. PUGH LYNDHURST, VA… Joyce Ann Beverage Pugh, widow of Carvine Pugh, of Mt. Torrey Road, died Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at her residence.        She was born January 8, 1950, in Ohio, a daughter of the late Guy and Frances (Plogger) Reynolds. Joyce was employed by Stanley Furniture. Following retirement, she was employed as a baker and manager at Kinsinger’s Bakery. She loved gardening and dancing, but mostly her grandchildren and great grand children. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her first husband, Loye Beverage; and a brother, Ronnie Reynolds. Family members include two daughters and a son-in-law, Amy and Kevin Brown and Brenda Duff; four grandchildren, Trevor and Alexis, Ashely Duncan, and Amber Jackson and husband, Mike; four great grandchildren, Alyssa, Anthony, Timothy, and Sarena; three brothers, Kevin Reynolds, Bobby Reynolds, and Larry Reynolds; six sisters, Connie Brookman, Darlene Beverage, Ruby Beverage, Linda Rice, Ruth “Joannie”, and Rosie Green; and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, May 26, 2017, in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service in the funeral home.
