Joyce Viola Campbell

JOYCE B. CAMPBELL  Staunton, VA… Joyce  “Joy” Baber Campbell, 83, widow of Donald Lee Campbell, of Staunton, died Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at Augusta Health in Fishersville. She was born on August 4, 1935 in New Hope to the late William Edward and Edna (May) Baber. Mrs. Campbell was a member of Pleasant View Lutheran Church. Surviving family members include one son, Gregory Link Campbell and a brother, Ronald Newton Baber, and wife Debbie; a special niece, Debra Baber Arnold and her family; two nephews, Marc A. Hite and Stuart Baber Dabney; and a good friend, Diane Crawford. In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Kirk Edward Campbell; a brother, James Edward Baber; two sisters, Inez Baber Hite and Doris Baber Dabney. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 25, 2018 in Thornrose Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the Henry Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday evening. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 1445 E.
