JUANITA H. DEDRICK STAUNTON, VA Juanita Vista (Howdyshell) Snow Dedrick, 76, widow of Dale E. Dedrick, of Staunton, died Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at Augusta Health. She was born April 24, 1938, in Brushy Fork, WV, a daughter of the late John Robert Howdyshell Sr. and Edna Mary (Losh) Howdyshell. Prior to retirement, she was a dietetic supervisor at Western State Hospital. Juanita enjoyed dancing and was an avid gardener. She was preceded in death by her eldest son, Harold A. Snow. Family members include a son and daughter-in-law, H.Wade and Dee Snow of Staunton; a brother, John Robert "Bob" Howdyshell Jr. of Staunton; three grandchildren, James A. and Joshua T. Snow, Carla Renee Snow Craig and husband Steve; two great grandchildren, Hailey and Hope Craig; the father of her children, Harold D. Snow and his wife Frances; and her beloved dog, Sassy. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 31, 2015, in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel by The Rev. Russell Heinrich. Burial will follow in Stuarts Draft Mennonite Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday, January 30, 2015, in the Henry Funeral Home.
