Juanita H. Gartzke

JUANITA H. (GOUGH) GARTZKE STAUNTON, VA Juanita H. (Gough) Gartzke, 91, widow of Donald Lee Gartzke, died Thursday, November 29, 2012, at Emeritus of Staunton. She was born Januray 31, 1921, in Staunton, Virginia, a daughter of the late Everett M. and Lillie Gough. Mrs. Gartzke was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Family members include a daughter, Deborah Anne Gartzke of Staunton and her companion, Robert M. "Marty" Harper, Jr., of Naples, Florida; a son and daughter-in-law, Pastors Kevin Mark and Melinda (Armstrong) Gartzke of Weyers Cave; four grandchildren, Nathanael, Caleb, Faith, and Ethan Luke of Weyers Cave; and a sister, Reba Easty. A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, December 6, 2012, at Henry Funeral Home by the Rev. Jim Langlois. Burial will follow in Thornrose Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at the funeral home.
