FAIRFIELD, VA – Joseph “Joe” Arnold Collins, 68, entered into God’s eternal care November 3, 2021 at Augusta Health.
Mr. Collins was born on February 25, 1953 in Staunton to the late Boyd W. and Mary (Wiseman) Collins.
He was a truck driver and worked for Allied, and later worked at White’s Truck Stop where he drove the shuttle. He loved to play cards and the lottery scratch games.
He is survived by a daughter, Katherine C. Fletcher (Timothy); a granddaughter, Audrey Fletcher; a brother, Ike Collins (Barbara); a sister-in-law, Becky Collins; nephews, Joseph Collins (Cherry) and David “Milky” Collins (Cindy); and nieces, Deanna Shifflett (Greg), Willian Farrell, Selena Collins and Karena Collins.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Boyd Collins.
The family will hold a service at a later date.
