ANITA WOOLF STAUNTON, VA K. Anita (Elders) Woolf, 77, wife of Kenneth Wayne Woolf, of 14 Edgewood Road, died Saturday, March 17, 2012, at Augusta Health, Fishersville. She was born December 31, 1934, in Cartersville, IL, a daughter of the late Kay Samuel and Alberta (Blacklock) Elders. Prior to retirement, Mrs. Woolf was employed as Chief Assistant of Communications for Bank of America Southern California. She was a member of Staunton Reformed Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, family members include two daughters and sons-in-law, Janae A. and Mark LePire of Fredericksburg and Elaine and Richard Walden of North Garden (Charlottesville); two sisters, Mariea Darlene of Staunton and LeVita Marlene of Las Vegas, NV; a brother, Charles Kay Elders of Las Vegas, NV; nine grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, William Eugene Elders. A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, March 23, 2012, in the Staunton Reformed Baptist Church by Pastor Tom Schilley. Burial will be private. Active pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
