Linda S. Orebaugh

Linda Sue (Moomau) Orebaugh, 72, widow of John Stephen Orebaugh, Sr., passed away on November 19, 2021, in Ashland, Virginia with her family.

Mrs. Orebaugh was born on December 14, 1948 to the late Wallace B. and Frances L. (Lawhorne) Moomau.

Linda loved to fish with her husband John, especially at Smith Mountain Lake. She also enjoyed crocheting, needlework, and her dog Mikey.

She is survived by her daughter, Stacey Guyah of Virginia; her son, Chad Antes (Ellaina) of Arizona; her stepson, John Orebaugh, Jr., of Virginia; her grandchildren, Caitlin Antes, Elias Johnson, Talya Antes, Dante Guyah, Johnathan Orebaugh, and Hunter Orebaugh; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Emma, Serra, and Lily; two special aunts, Gladys Houser and Betty Moomau; her sister-in-law, Brenda (Orebaugh) Moore and husband, Ronnie; and special friends, Michael Swinney, Drema Antes, and Connie Orebaugh.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her brother, Wallace B. Moomau, Jr.; and her son-in-law, Erwin Guyah.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date in March of 2022.
