Mae Virginia Rowe

MAE R. ROWE STAUNTON, VA Mae Virginia (Rexrode) Rowe, 88, widow of Ralph Brown Rowe, died Tuesday, April 24, 2012, in King's Daughters' Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born January 14, 1924, in Swoope, a daughter of the late Albert and Lula Rexrode. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by two sons, Ralph B. Rowe, Jr. and Dennis Wayne Rowe; a brother, Roy Rexrode; and two sisters, Annie Holmes and Blanche Tyson. Family members include two sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry L. and Helen Faye Rowe and Ronald Dale and Jean Rowe of Staunton; a daughter, Gale Taliaferro of Staunton; a sister, Dorothy Holmes of Verona; and nine grandchildren. There will be no public viewing or visitation. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
