MONNA L. YOUNG WAYNESBORO, VA Monna Lou (Muter) Young, 79, wife of James R. Young, Sr., of 197 September Circle, died Monday, April 29, 2013, at Augusta Health, Fishersville. She was born on January 10, 1934, in Mercer County, Ohio, to the late Clyde Robert and Olive K. (McCain) Muter. In addition to her husband, family members include two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Virginia Yaney of Winchester, and Richard and Karen Yaney of Louisville, Kentucky; two daughters and a son-in-law, Kathy Yaney of Waynesboro and Dawn and Todd Stoker of Troy, Ohio; a step-son, James R. Young, Jr. of Winchester; a step-daughter, Debbie Collins of Inwood, West Virginia; three brothers, Kenneth, David, and Danny Muter; two sisters, Linda Slone and Nancy Thomas; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and three step-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Orval Yaney, Jr. and two brothers, Jim Muter and Joe Muter. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2013, in Augusta Memorial Park by Pastor Raymond McDaniel. Pallbearers will be Todd Stoker, Charles Warner, Kyle Hewitt, and Colton Hewitt. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at Henry Funeral Home.
