Marjorie Lynn Grant of Staunton, Virginia passed away on August 29, 2022 in Waynsboro VA.
Marjorie was born to George and Florence Myers on July 6, 1948.
She is preceded in death by her late husband, Robert Gene Grant; her parents, George and Florence Myers; her sister, Judy Marjason; her brother, Louis Myers; her daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Goble; and her grandchild, Troy Justice Moore.
She was an active member of Middlebury Church of the Brethren of Middlebury, IN and continued her strong faith when she moved to Virginia.
She is survived by her children, Robert Bradshaw, Wanda Overmyer, Raymond Goble, and Mike Grant; her brothers, Larry Myers and David Myers; her sister, Cheryl Hobbins; her former spouse, Thomas Miller; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and a host of long-time friends.
Marjorie loved to crochet blankets and doilies, feed the ducks at Gypsy Hill Park, woodworking, and spending time with family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Saturday September 3, 2022 at Henry Funeral Home in Staunton.
A graveside service will be held at the Grant Family Cemetery in Vesuvius on Sunday, September 4, 2022 at 1:00 PM with Reverend Russell Heinrich officiating.
