NEOMA L. HUTCHING STAUNTON, VA…Neoma Marie (Leasor) Hutching, 77, wife of the Rev. Cecil R. Hutching, of 690 Phillip Street, died Thursday, October 6, 2016, in Augusta Health, Fishersville.She was born May 9, 1939, in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Berlin and Thelma (Fields) Leasor. In addition to her husband, to whom she married June 30, 1957, family members include two sons and daughters-in-law, Cecil Rolin and Ruth Hutching of Mountain Homes, Arkansas and Daryll Wayne and Beverly Hutching of Milton, Florida; a daughter, Sissy Hutching and Travis Weaver of Staunton; a brother and sister-in-law, Berlin “Buddy” and Nancy Leasor; three sisters, Shirley Cunningham, Joyce Vincent, and Pam Jakab and husband, David; seven grandchildren, Camey Shaw, Andrew Hutching, Joseph Hutching, Aaron Hutching, Sarah Lynna, Josiah and wife, Tabitha Adkins; and four great grandchildren, Hailey Shaw, Zander Shaw, Brayden Shaw, Orion Adkins. She was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Clarence Hutching. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday, October 10, 2016, in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel by the Pastor Michael Eastman and Rev. Jack Cunningham, District Superintendent of Virginia. Burial will follow in Thornrose Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Sunday, October 9, 2016, in the funeral home.
