FISHERSVILLE - Nancy Jo (Burns) Underwood, 85, widow of Charles Edward Underwood, passed away on March 1, 2022 at her residence.
Mrs. Underwood was born in Charleston, WV on February 4, 1937 to the late Floyd and Mary A. Burns.
She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Ann Underwood of Fishersville, and her grandson, Daniel Edward Underwood of Stuarts Draft.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by her sons, David Lee Underwood and Bruce Edward Underwood.
At her request, there will be no services.
