Pamela Lynn Griffis

PAMELA L. GRIFFIS HARRISONBURG.. Pamela Lynn (DeRuiter) Griffis, 56, passed away on Friday April 25,2014 at Rockingham Memorial Hospital. She was born June 28, 1957 a daughter of Frances (Faris) DeRuiter and the late William M. DeRuiter. Mrs. Griffis was a United States Navy Veteran. She was loved and will be greatly missed. Survivors include two daughters and son-in-law; Christy Lynn Dasch-Crouse, and husband, John of Baltimore, MD; Jamie Ann Hotaling of Waynesboro, Va; two brothers, Sterling DeRuiter, of Alabama, and David DeRuiter of Maryland; five grandchildren, Ashleigh, Emily, Carson, Lelia, and Joseph; her partner, Kenny Nicols; and her beloved pets, Cherokee and Cheyenne. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Michael DeRuiter. There will be no services Arrangements have been entrusted to Henry Funeral Home.
