Philip Allen Bell

PHILIP A. BELL MT. SIDNEY, VA Philip Allen Bell, 68, husband of Barbara (Baylor) Bell of 11 Belle Hill Lane, died Monday, April 21, 2014, at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He was born January 19, 1946, in Staunton, a son of Violet (Vess) Bell Botkin of Staunton and the late Hubert Bell. Mr. Bell was a dairy farmer. In addition to his wife and mother, family members include two sisters, Fern Moran and Nancy Fitzgerald, both of Staunton; and numerous nieces and nephews. There will be no formal services. Friends may call at the residence at any time. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
