PHILIP L. SWANN SR. STAUNTON, VA Philip L. Swann Sr., 79, widower of Jacqueline (Lively) Swann, of Staunton, died Monday, April 27, 2015, at Augusta Nursing and Rehab Center, Fishersville. He was born March 22, 1936, in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Manuel and Opal (Hinchman) Swann. Family members include a son, Philip Swann Jr. and wife, Jolene, of Staunton; a daughter, Suzanne Sayre and husband, Chip, of Staunton; five grandchildren, Nicole Dodge and husband, Andrew, David Sayre and fiance, Tiffany Lockridge, Jason Sayre and wife, Jess, all of Staunton, Brittany Swann and fiance Greg Wilmoth of North Carolina, and Brad Sayre and wife, Sarah, of Waynesboro; and seven great grandchildren, Luke and Josie Dodge, Noah, Zane, and Easton Sayre, and Micah and Kinzie Sayre.
