PHYLLIS F. PAUL STAUNTON, VA Phyllis Ann (Fauver) Paul, 64, wife of Robert Paul, died Sunday, September 8, 2013, at Augusta Health. She was born October 18, 1948, in Hazard, Kentucky, a daughter of Mildred (Manning) Fauver and the late Richard Clemmer Fauver. Prior to retirement, she worked for Obaugh Ford and CFW. She was a hostess on many Parks and Recs trips with her husband, Bob. Phyll always put others before herself. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church and A.A.R.P. In addition to her husband and mother, family members include two brothers, Burnett Clemmer and wife, Cathy A. Fauver, and Richard Barth and wife, Marion T. Fauver; five nieces and nephews, Eric Fauver and wife, Tera, Ryan Fauver and wife, Nicole, Nicole and Preston Fauver, and Celeste Ziegler and husband, Josh; and three great nieces, Zoey and Avery Ziegler and Alayna Fauver. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 12, 2013, at St. Paul's United Methodist Church by the Rev. Wade Munford. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens. Another celebration of her life will be announced closer to her birthday. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, at Henry Funeral Home. The family extends their heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Ranzini, Dr. Solomon, Dr. Hereford, Dr. Rowe, Dr. Bigelow, Dr. Ginsberg, Dr. Boyer, Dr. Ghaemmaghami, Dr. Breaux, Dr. Merritt, staff of Hope Cancer Center, and staff of 3 East and 2 East at Augusta Health. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 420 Neff Avenue, Suite 210, Harrisonburg, VA 22801 or to a charity of one's choice.
