PAUL L. GEORGANZIS STAUNTON, VAPaul “Greek” Lewis Georganzis, 78, husband of Janet (Pyles) Georganzis, of 635 Spruce Street, died Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at Augusta Health, Fishersville. He was born September 12, 1937, in Washington, DC, a son of the late Nickolas Paul and Emma Lousie (Diehr) Georganzis.Prior to retirement, Mr. Georganzis was employed by American Safety Razor. In addition to his wife, family members include a son, Lewis Georganzis of Staunton; two brothers, George M. Georganzis and Phillip S. Georganzis, both of Staunton; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Connie Caywood, Olga and Danny Sandy,and Angela Georganzis, all of Staunton; and four grandchildren, Tala Shuttleworth and husband, Justin, of Hampton, Mary Smith of Buena Vista, Jessy Hallstrom of Fishersville, and Nicodemus Georganzis of Staunton. A Celebration of Life will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2016, at his residence. The family will receive friends anytime at the residence.
