Phyllis Ann Stotler, 78, died Monday, March 14, 2022 at Augusta Health. Miss Stotler was born on March 6, 1944 in Winchester to the late Charles G. and Dorothy (Luttrell) Stotler. She is survived by her brother, Daniel Stotler and wife Patricia of Verona and special friend/caregiver, Susan Waggy. A funeral service will be conducted in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 pm, Sunday, March 20, 2022 by Reverend Clay Sterrett. A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 21, 2022 at Shenandoah Memorial Park Cemetery located at 1270 Front Royal Pike, Winchester, VA 22602.
